I am a retired military veteran with a passion for exercise, health and wellness. Throughout my career I was able to study and also implement what I learned as a group level (roughly 1200 personnel) PT leader. During this time I also worked with individual clients towards various goals such as power lifting meets, bodybuilding competitions, and just overall wellness. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science that has given me a wide range of tools and techniques to meet the needs of a wide variety of client goals.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Initial intake will be an array of assessments including establishing several goal timelines, expectations and giving the client and overview of what each mesocycle phase (around 4 weeks) will look like. Each plan is periodized out in this fashion in order to allow for flexibility and adjustments as the client progresses. Once the initial intake is taken care of individual sessions will be hand-built to meet those goals. I like to focus on high intensity and muscle building as a priority as this is a science proven way to burn body fat and get stronger both in muscle power and coordination. Techniques, time and procedures will vary based off the individual client goals and needs.
I had a mom start working with me some years ago who wanted to lean up for a cruise she was going on with her company. We had 8 weeks and she had never lifted a weight in her entire life. Throughout the 8 weeks not only did she learn and perfect form on many, many different exercises but also at the end had lost 6″ on her waist, maintained a healthy body weight (for her height) of around 140lbs and she was able to high bar squat 135lbs all the way to full depth with near perfect form for full sets.
