I am Saahir Hussain. I have always been involved with the gym ever since high school, where I joined almost all of the sports teams (football, basketball, baseball, volleyball, etc.) and played for them for at least a season or two. At the end of sophomore year, I was hit hard during a football game and tore my ACL and meniscus, so I had to give up on the gym and sports for 9 months afterwards. After recovering and finishing my rehab, I decided to give bodybuilding and muscle training a try, and since then, I have fallen in love with it. I have been training friends of mine for years now, and only about a year and a half ago, decided to get my certification to train people as a career. My current goal for myself is to be one of the top trainers in my area, so that clients will know that I am one of the best and to come to me to see the results they want.
Hourly rate: $65

A client can expect to sweat and work very hard during a typical training session. To see results, you have to work for it. I take my clients to their limits, then help them to push past those limits in order to grow, all the while maintaining a safe and friendly environment. I don’t train like a boot camp leader would. I train you like I really care about you seeing results, because I honestly do care. If my clients look good, I look good, and I take one more step to becoming a top trainer.
I had a client ask me to help him get toned up and in shape for his wedding. Before we started training, he was about 210 pounds of mostly fat and had enough stamina to run for about 3 or 4 minutes straight. I thought about it and took him on as a client because I felt in my heart that he wanted to get in shape more than his bride-to-be wanted him to be in shape. He was a dedicated hard worker, who never said no to doing more and putting more into the workouts. Because of this, he was in shape and ready to go 2 months before his wedding day. He was now at a trim 165-170 pounds with a nice-looking physique and body line. He thanked me greatly and even invited me to the wedding. I love making that kind of a difference in a client’s life and I look forward to making that kind of a change for more clients in the future.
