I am an American College of Sports Medicine – Certified Exercise Physiologist (ACSM-CEP) since 2012. Certified in Functional Training, TRX, HKC, Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES), and CDC Diabetes Prevention Coach (DPP). My specialization is Weight Loss and Disease Prevention.
