I work well with any age, but especially love to work with folks in my age group, ” baby boomers”. I have been into fitness my whole life, but now I am thrilled to be able to work with others, especially those who believe they can’t get in shape, or they are too old, or not motivated to do the work. I make it fun to get in shape. I know what it is like to gain weight, get out of shape, lose motivation, I have been there and done it. Let me show you and let’s get it done!
Hourly rate: $80

The key was to, at first by example, discuss nutrition on a very basic level, this is good, this is not, and then to figure out what form of exercise he might be able to do, and like. He always asked what I did for myself in most of these situations. We shared and talked, got him to eat better, but discovered that he loved to swim as a child. Three months later, Brian has dropped 18 lbs and swims 4-5 days a week!
