I played college soccer at Slippery Rock University where is also earned my Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science.
I also have a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and am certified through NSCA as a Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, and NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer.
I have over 6 years of experience working with clients of all ages and fitness abilities. I also have experience working as a Strength Coach at the Division 1 Collegiate level. Regardless of your fitness background, or where you are currently at in your fitness journey, my goal is to empower you to feel your absolute best in your body. I value being a true motivator for my clients and meeting them exactly where they are at in their journey.
Hourly rate: $105
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Mobility and activation warm-up while we discuss how their day and week is going
Followed by some power work to get their nervous system primed for the rest of the workout
We then go into the main strength blocks which include 1-2 compound lifts
There is accessory work included in the strength blocks
We typically finish the session with a finisher to get the heart rate up or we work on extra mobility in any area the client lacks mobility
All of my clients have experienced success in their own ways; however, one of the biggest successes a client I trained experienced was a new mindset towards strength training. This individual was initially afraid to lift heavier weights, in fear that she would get “bulky.” With my knowledge, I educated her on the benefits of strength training towards fat loss and muscle development. She now loves strength training and has experienced a complete body re-composition. This was achieved through consistent, progressive strength training, eating enough to fuel her body and meet her nutritional needs, and a shift in mindset.
