Hi, I’m Daniel!

I help people move better and feel better, leading them to be able to do more and maintain their physical abilities for longer. Not only am I a trainer with multiple certifications, I’m a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant as well.

I specialize in working with people who either have been injured or are currently injured, or simply want to stay active and avoid injury. I help people restore their movement health and then optimize their physical capability and durability.

Most personal trainers don’t know enough (about injury and how to change how someone moves) and most physical therapists don’t do enough (barely getting you back to baseline). I’ve educated myself and gathered extensive experience in both fields to bring the best of both worlds together into one high quality service.

Whether you are currently in physical therapy, have been discharged, or just want to improve your performance and fitness I can help you reach your goals in a safe, efficient, and sustainable way.

Sessions are always individualized, planned for your unique body, and your unique demands of what your body needs to do and what you want it to do.

Sessions are typically structured as follows:
1. Movement Preparation (mobility, activation, warm-up)
2. Movement Pattern Coaching
3. Strength Exercises
4. Movement Reset (mobility, inhibition, breathing, cool-down)
