When I started running and lifting weights in my 20s, I knew I had found my passion. I’ve now been personal training for over 20 years and have helped my clients improve their lives by becoming healthier, stronger, and more confident.
I believe in a team philosophy to help my clients be their best. “We’re in this together.” I’ll provide as much push as you need to ensure you work out to your full potential during our time together. I’m a strong believer in the value of exercise and the positive impact it provides.
In my free time, I like to read, run, ski, travel, cook, enjoy a good glass of wine, and spend time with my three teenage children.

Hourly rate: $110
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Based on your exercise goals, health history and your input, we will spend our time on strength training, cardio exercise, flexibility or a combination of those fitness components. I will learn what type of encouragement motivates you and provide as strong or as gentle a touch as needed to help you work your hardest and achieve your best results.
I’ve been working with Barb for a number of years. When we started, she led a fairly active lifestyle and walked regularly. She was diagnosed with osteoporosis and she knew strength training was essential for her health. After exercising three times a week, she had another bone scan and had strengthened her bones so much she no longer has osteoporosis! Her hard work and consistency improved her health and changed how she lives her life.
