Highly skilled and knowledgeable in the medical field with great understanding of human anatomy and physiology. Experienced in health care and group fitness training as well as one to one training. Cardiovascular endurance, HIIT, and strength training are my strengths with extensive physiology knowledge which helps me train people whose goal is body recomposition. I transitioned from the medical field to the fitness industry following my passion of working one on one with people to help them achieve their fitness and health goals. I am currently in school pursuing my second degree in sports medicine and one day I hope to work along with athletes in the sports world!
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

I client can expect a great deal of education along with training. Educating people about their own anatomy, the more we understand our bodies the better we will be able to take care of them as we age. A training session will last an hour, but education and knowledge will make a lifetime.
Working or my current employer (Orangetheory Fitness) I achieved the highest amount of fitness consultations in the Minnesota franchise chain with every individual achieving their desired results. Many who which did gain the muscle mass desired or the body recomposition desired, but most importantly many who learned along the way techniques and proper form who keep implementing to this day. One of my personal favorites; previous client who wanted to lose weight to feel like her old self after menopause, she had gained over 30lbs but through education and proper training as well as proper education in PHYSIOLOGY she developed an understanding of how her body worked now compared to years before. She changed her mentality and the way she perceived herself, in a 4 month long journey she dropped 20lbs was much happier with her image and her feelings knowing who she was now compared to before. She is still on her bod recomposition journey on her own and still making progress!
