In each workout we will begin by some light stretching and warming up our body to help prevent injury or soreness, each training session will depend on your goals, although many workouts will have weight training, plyometrics, HIIT training, as well as some circuits as well.
One of my clients who was one of my first 3 clients when i had started training was diagnosed far overweight by his doctor and near obesity and diabetes, he came to asking for advice and unsure how to lose weight, after some discussion we trained together 3x a week setting small weekly goals. He started his weight around 220 i believe and 4 months of hard training and pushing him to remember why he wanted to acheive his goal and why its beneficial for him. It was very difficuly for him to a complete push up, a 6 inch box jump, and just run/jog overall. After that 4 months he lost about 25 pounds and was able to complete a push up which was one of his biggest excitements he was happy about, and complete the 6 inch box jump, the doctor had seen many things in health increase such as lower blood pressure, slightly lower chloesterol and he was no longer at risk for obesity or diabetes.
