My name is Matthew Delgado and I’m ISSA & NASM certified weight loss coach & personal trainer. I’m also a USPA powerlifting coach. I have been training and coaching for the past 6 years and there’s nothing else on this earth I rather do then help people change their lives. I’ve been on all ends of the spectrum in terms of having a fitness goal, from dropping 80 pounds in less then 7 months, breaking the state record for bench at 19 years old, or just wanting to learn more in the gym to better myself, I really have experienced it all. It’s very hard to find a trainer that you can relate to now a days, trust me I’ve been there. But that’s why I’m here trying to make a difference in as many lives as I can.
Hourly rate: $30
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A client can expect to be pushed to THEIR limits each session. Over time I will get to know what each of my clients is capable of but at the end of the day only he/she knows how far they can go. My goal is to not break my clients and scare them to not coming backs, but to open their eyes to what they’re truly capable of and help them fall in love with the process.
A client of mine Johnny, came in with severe back pain that radiated down his leg and caused his entire body to lock up. He was trying to compete for powerlifting but wanted to get into it safely without hurting himself more. 6 months later he’s down 40+ pounds lifting on my powerlifting team.After lifting weights 2-3x per week for months, he hasn’t had any major pain flare ups and can run and play at his best. This was all accomplished while eating out multiple meals per week and juggling a stressful, time-consuming job, a young family, and summer vacation.
