Hello fitness family! My name is Nathaniel Rondez and I have been a certified personal trainer since the beginning of 2019. I have been in fitness my whole being raised as an athlete, main sports being football and track. I also have and still currently work with young athletes developing their overall athletic skills and specific sports skills specializing in football and track. My own experience from recovering from a knee injury and the impact my physical therapist had on my life inspired me to have that same impact on other people. Personal training allowed me to pursue a career in fitness while fulfilling that desire to impact people’s lives. I have extensive knowledge in weightlifting, functional training ( movement training ), conditioning, athletic training, and calisthenics ( body movement training.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Stretching weight lifting and then cardio training. ( Subject to change dependent on client goals )
Increased strength and muscle size of a client in a little over a year
– 125 lbs to 225 on bench press
– 95 lbs to 315 lbs squats
– 55 lbs to 135 lbs on over head shoulder press
Put on 12 lbs wroth of muscle and increase endurance as well as overall health and wellness knowledge.
