Hello my name is Heather! I am track runner turned yogi! I started running track at 8 years old and ran track and cross country all through college. I studied health sciences in college and went on to get my personal training and yoga teacher certification! I love all things fitness and being outdoors!
Hourly rate: $75

Something different every time (if that’s what they want). I typically begin with an active warmup involving core engagement and mobility for about 5-15mins. Then I tend to develop mini circuits for my clients to work through while I watch their form and keep them on track! Depending on the clients goals I will cater the cooldown to what they’re focusing on. Either ending with a superset, bonus core, mobility, always stretching – whether it’s hands on or not.
Last summer I worked with a 15 year old named Joey. He came to me at 6ft tall weighing 135lbs, and his only goal was to gain muscle for basketball. We worked together 2-3x/week for 8weeks June – August of 2021, and by our final session he was weighing in at 160lbs. He ad maybe grown an inch, but he was so much stronger by the end! I was so proud of him and myself, for setting a specific goal and seeing it though.
