I specialize in helping people who suffer from anxiety. I teach you how to accept and commit to a mindfulness lifestyle using yoga, breathing techniques, movement and guided meditation. If you want to build strength I can help you achieve your goals through body resistance training. If you desire to build strength but want to stay grounded and calming energetically, I can also help you achieve the same results. Start living and become the best version of yourself today! It varies depending on the ultimate goal. However, I can tell you that you will build strength, tone, and challenge yourself in different and creative movements using mostly body resistance exercises. The client can use weighted exercises at times but with lots of repetitions, heavy weights are not necessary. My clients will challenge themselves mentally and physically. They will leave feeling more connected to their entire mind and body and energetically should even feel a sense of relaxation or calming sensation even if they have just finished an extremely tough workout session. Other clients may want more mental and breathwork and some movement, but not as extreme. It all depends on the clients goals and personality. I am able to coach everyone who is interested in learning my method. I promise the client won’t be disappointed.
