I have been lifting weights and training since I was 13. My fitness journey allowed me to plate D1 football in college. Upon graduation my fitness goals shifted to being as healthy and lean as possible.
I have experience working with individuals of all ages and skill levels, 97 year old men, 60 year old women, 25 year old NFL/MLB players, 16 year old high schoolers and everything in between.
My goals are to give a client the best experience possible in the safest and healthiest way.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A dynamic warm up, followed by a movement session and strength training for athletes.
For non athletes, a dynamic warm up followed by functional strength training.
Assisted in restoring balance to a 97 year old man, was able to use his walker less after.
Weight loss and return of function in a 60 year old woman. She was able to return to climbing ladder, painting walls and ceilings, play on the floor with grandkids without fatiguing.
16 year old highschool football player. Added 15lbs in 8 weeks while also dropping his 40 time from 5.2-4.85, increased his vertical by 4” broad jump by 6” and dropped his 5-10-5 time to 4.74.
