Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Fitness has always been a part of my life in some way. I was an athlete growing up and somewhere along the way got lost a little bit. Over the last four years, I’ve dedicated my life to finding my health and fitness again. To say it’s been a ‘Fitness Journey’ is an understatement. My fitness background includes many things from swimming to completing in a Strong Woman Competition. I like to continuously challenge myself physically and mentally. I received my personal training certification through NASM (National Association of Sport Medicine) because I believe one of the key foundations to anything physical is to do it right and not get hurt. Some of my experience so far includes weight loss and nutrition coach, stability training, endurance training, weight lifting, muscle gain and working with our senior population. My future goals in the training world would be to empower women to LOVE weight training as much as I do. Encouraging good form to help create a positive experience in the weight room.

A fun, yet challenging, well rounded work out. Personality wise, I’m somewhere between a drill Sargent and a cheer leader. I want my clients to feel comfortable enough to ask questions about form, technique and muscles groups.
My favorite success story is that of my mother. Probably my most difficult client. Ha ha! We’ve been working on endurance, stability and helping ensuring she can continue to succeed in her day to day life. One of my proudest moments is when she signed up for and completed the Chicago Police Memorial walk in May 2019. She completed her first 5k walk. This was a big accomplishment for her and I’m so proud. We’re still taking things a day at a time. Working on shoulder and back strength to help her at work. She’s come a long way and can’t wait to see what she accomplishes next.
