Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I am a Calisthenics Athlete who has traveled across the country and took home trophies for being the strongest female competitor. This did not come easy. I have worked through many challenges to understand the body and train it to be able to perform the skills / withstand the workload I put on it.
In 2004 I was run over by a city transit bus leaving me with permanent back and neck damage. This accident resulted in epilepsy where I suffered from 10 years of grand mal seizures. Anyone who has experienced or met someone with seizures the impact falls that occur can have devastating effects on the body not just the mind. In my case these spells caused ligament tears in my knees which really made me feel as if I wasn’t going to be able to do anything at all.
Despite these barriers I was still determined to gain control and overcome the pain. My workouts evolved from isolated movements relying on minimal range of motion gritting through the pain to having what feels like endless endurance. Never would I have imagined being able to do 20 pull-ups or handstand pushups. But here I am. Ready to share my knowledge.
I am here to teach you acute awareness of intentional movement that will change the way you approach your exercise routines. I will build you a plan that addresses concerns you are having that is within your abilities, but a motivating challenge.
If you’re someone already experienced and you’re looking to up your calisthenics game or learn a new skill you’ve come to the right place too. I can prepare you for calisthenics/weighted calisthenics competitions getting your mind and body right. If you’re wanting to learn how to do the notorious handstand or muscle up this is the place as well.

Goal discussion, fitness assessment, mobility and strength checks and routine building.
And sweating…lots of sweating.
As I don’t google workout plans my success stories involve clients reaching their goals through specific movement to get there. Many people who have approached me do so because they want to gain a skill whether it be pull-ups, dips, handstands and/or levers. I worked with a female who was not able to hang from a pull up bar for more than five seconds. I assisted her with building upper body strength to decrease unintentional injury. The day she got her head over the bar she jumped off so excited and told everyone about it. She is now up to five pull-ups.
I have also worked with individuals regarding physique. Many of my plans involve full body movements and training on how to target zones with small modifications that really make a difference. I have a client that now competes for physique and is very happy with his progress.
