Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
Hello, my name is Jarrod Compton and I am a personal trainer in the DFW area. I spent five years starting it in 2018 playing college football and that active lifestyle led me to getting the health, wellness, and fitness industry. I have a Bachelors degree in sports and exercise science and am an avid gym member. When I’m not helping clients achieve their fitness goals, you can find me immersed in video games, perfecting my bowling technique, creative writing. I also has a keen appetite for adventure, always eager to try new foods and explore different cuisines. My appreciation for body art is reflected in his collection of tattoos, and he’s an avid sports fan, both on and off the field. My unique blend of hobbies and professional dedication makes me a well-rounded and engaging individual.
