I received a BS at Southern Methodist University in Applied Physiology and Health Manangement. I also competed at the D1 level in track and field. I sprinted for Georgia Tech my freshman year and at SMU for the remainder of my eligibility. I have coached track and field at high schools and I have been a personal trainer and a group fitness instructor for a total of 6 years.
Hourly rate: $80
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
In a typical training session you would come and get a full warm up. This includes a brief jog, stretching, hip mobility exercises and drills. I then will put you through a 30-35 min workout depending on what your goals are. Then we will spend about 10 minuted cooling down and discussing future workouts and expectations.
I have helped clients lose up to 50 lbs in the course of 6-12 months with active and consistent training. I have also helped clients who had little to no range of motion in some areas to gain mobility and strength. I have helped clients drop significant body fat and tone their bodies in ways they couldn’t imagine.
