Hello, my name is Bri and I look forward to helping you achieve your personal fitness goals! I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am always self-educating myself while also attending school in the pursue of my Bachelor’s of Nutrition. Fitness and nutrition have always been my passion since watching my family transform their life through health. I have been working out since I was 15-years old and strongly believe that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. I love to help inspire and support my clients while on their fitness journey.
Hourly rate: $65
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A typical session will last about 45 minutes. Quick warm up, stretches that focus on movement & stability, and then the workout. For weight loss, I typically do strength training appropriate to your fitness level in a circuit. For more advanced training, I will create a custom split schedule depending on your goals.
My first client, was my boyfriend. He absolutely loves food (who doesn’t?!) and wasn’t as happy with the weight he had gained over the last 2-3 years. He was accustomed to going to the gym where we typically worked out separately. I created a work out plan where he would do full body HIIT twice a week and strength training an additional two days a week. Between training and helping him learn he can still eat what he enjoys in moderation, he lost 20 lbs within 2 months.
