With over two decades in the health and fitness industry, I bring a wealth of expertise in fitness assessments, functional development, human anatomy, kinesiology, biomechanics, and program design. My experience extends beyond training, encompassing customer service, rapport building, management, and team leadership. I take a unique approach to personal training by integrating martial arts techniques into fitness regimens, enhancing overall health, strength, and mobility. I believe in addressing the core first as it is fundamental for the peak performance of all other parts of the body. I strive to heighten functionality through balance and stabilization, movement and load training. Then I will strive to improve cardiovascular efficiency through aerobic and anaerobic training. Overall you will experience increased flexibility, cardio vascular endurance, increased strength and optimal health.
I had an elderly gentleman of 65 years come to me because he struggled with weight 285lbs, had type 2 diabetes, struggled with PTSD, and had little endurance and energy. Using my training methods and incorporating HIIT and Martial arts techniques, after 6 months, my client had greater endurance, increased energy, went down to 225lbs, no longer had to take diabetes medication, and is living a healthier and happier life.
