Worth It Healthy Living is a Personal Training, Fitness Coaching, and Lifestyle Consultation provider based out of Golden, CO. Worth It Healthy Living focuses on a combination of Mindfulness-Based Progressive Resistance Training, Cardio Maintenance and Development, and Flexibility Advancement.
We believe that Wellness is a state of feeling well in mind, body, and spirit. It involves a sense of reserve mental and physical power. It includes our emotional, mental, spiritual, physical, environmental, and social wellness; all of which makes us a “well being.” When all aspects of wellness are met, we are considered whole.
Worth It Healthy Living is led by Owner/Founder Adam Brown. Adam began his personal fitness journey in 2013, and hasn’t looked back. Adam has earned dual Personal Trainer Certifications, one from the NCCA- Accredited ACTION, and the other from the NBFE-Accredited NAFC. Adam has also earned Advanced Anatomy and Physiology, and Advanced Nutrition certifications, as well as Raw Foods Nutritionist, Meditation Teacher, and Master Herbalist diplomas.

A typical session from Worth It Healthy Living varies depending upon the goal of the client, however, every workout incorporates a healthy warmup, gentle cooldown, and a mindfulness-based progressive resistance session in between. Cardio enhancement, and flexibility advancement are also integral parts of every workout, and with this approach, results are seen in record time!
One of my favorite clients was 67 years old when she came to me, and her main concerns were diminishing flexibility and strength, and cardio capacities- especially with the lack of mobility COVID is allowing. Through two training sessions a week outdoors, with Worth It Healthy Living’s approach, her health has turned around, and her progress has been phenomenal. Her quality of life has returned, and each session is improvement and advancement in her longevity and vitality.
