Hello! My name is Nick Ramsey. I have just recently completed my training program. I am excited to get out and work out with some new clients! I have been training myself for about five years. I have a passion for fitness and athletics that has lasted since my childhood! My goal as a trainer is to make sure you as a potential client, are not wasting your own time in the gym. I feel like we owe it to ourselves to give 110% if we are going out of the way to be in the gym or any facility that fitness is taking place.
