I am a certified personal trainer and Exercise Science graduate with ten years of training experience. I focus on corrective exercise, strength training, and sports-specific programming to achieve a holistic approach for improving your health and fitness. I am an aspiring professional powerlifter who also enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and soccer.
Hourly rate: $90

A client undergoes a thorough warm-up followed by proper execution of essential movement patterns like a hinge, pull, or press. These movement patterns are linked together via exercises to target muscular strength, hypertrophy, endurance or any combination. The gains in any of these areas help the client to achieve changes in posture, body mass, and overall stamina.
I work with a male client in his late 60’s who has gone from being unable to pick a coin from the ground to now walking 19,000 steps per day in Scout camp while hiking up a mountain. All of this with minimal knee aches and general body soreness. All thanks to his willingness to work on his mobility and lift weights!
