I enhance the health and fitness level of VERY FIT ATHLETES as well as HIGH RISK INDIVIDUALS with health concerns such as high blood pressure, diabetes and post cardiac concerns. I know and teach that QUALITY exercise is medicine to our health, confidence and soul. I have spent my adult life improving the lives and heath of my clients (and myself) with the highest level training expertise.
Hourly rate: $110
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Everyone is challenged. I do not waste time. There is a purpose for each movement. Each client is a better version of himself when I leave. I monitor every exercise for form. I believe resistance training, body weight training, TRX, heart rate training, and flexibility training are useful in each session.
A 50 year old overweight, inactive smoker committed to and completed Chicago marathon after dedicated training for 13 months. She continues to thrive. A 39 year old business moderately active business man approached me with goal to pursue the dream of climbing Mt. Rainer. He trained for 6 months and his life was changed when he reached summit. A 45 year old suburban housewife competed in Masters bodybuilding competition. Age 80 Post Cardiac male had the goal of walking to lakefront everyday. We started with walks around his living room. We progressed to some stairs and then moved to outdoors…he enjoys outdoor walks almost daily.

I feel so lucky and fortunate to have worked with Gail. I’ve had personal trainers before who were good, but Gail is a true superstar! She is extremely professional and has a vast knowledge of physiology that should qualify her as an MD. Her workouts are incredibly well-rounded so every muscle gets worked out including balance exercises. She knows how to push me to my limits, but not over exert so I’m not in pain the next day, like other trainers did. I very highly recommend her!
