I have a degree in Exercise Science from Gustavus Adolphus College, and I have been Training since 2011. I love helping people realize how strong they are and how much potential they have! I enjoy sports, and pretty much anything outdoors from hunting and fishing, to hiking, to just walking my dog. I like to help people realize that exercise doesn’t have to be a chore, it can actually be a fun experience, you just have to find out what type of activities you enjoy!
Hourly rate: $120
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
A usual session lasts just under and hour, starts with a warm-up and then we go into the resistance training. I will explain the why’s of the exercises and teach the proper form so that nobody gets injured, while also addressing your nutrition to help you reach your goals as fast as possible.
I have had many client success stories, but they are all different! Not everyone is looking for weight loss or muscle building, some people are just finding a new way to be active and make it a habit!
