A one to one personal experience. I will listen to your desired goals and help you practice a lifestyle mentality of health and fitness in a friendly atmosphere.
I used to think fitness had to be hard, unenjoyable and required a treadmill. After training with Dawn I have learned what my mind believes is exactly what I will receive.
