I have a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science & Health Promotions and over 25 years experience as a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Group Exercise Instructor (i.e., Zumba, Step Aerobics, Indoor Cycling, Pilates, Bootcamp, etc). My training regimen ranges from youth to athletes to coach potatoes to senior citizens. I also have a background in rehabilitative exercise therapy as well as designing fitness programs for the elderly and cancer patients.
Hourly rate: $70
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
When my client sets a goal, I make sure their goal is achieved. No two training programs nor clients are alike. Fitness programs are tailor-made based on my clients long and short term goals. All clients expect to work during a training session. This is how long term goals are achieved.
All weight loss can be essential. Also, weight loss can vary from client to client. I had a client that weighed 280-lbs when she started training with me. She lost 10-lbs and felt as though 10-lbs was such a waste of time (because unfortunately, she was comparing her results to someone else’s). Do I decided to change her following training session by having her wear a 10-lb weighted vest, while conducting similar or the same exercises as her previous session, in order to show her that 10-lbs of weight loss is significant. After she took off the weighted vest, she didn’t complain again.
