Regardless of fitness level or personal fitness goals, I can make the difference in the success of the clients’ fitness level. I have experience with people of all ages ranging from seniors to teens and pre-teens to middle age, weight ranging from under to overweight, and fitness level from maintenance to competition prep to post-rehabilitation. I have the ability to motivate the client to exercise while ensuring that the client is pursuing a program that will help meet their personal goals, as well as ensure the proper form and techniques are being utilized.
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
The client can definitely expect to work. It may seem like, at the time that it is impossible to do one more rep; but that’s why I’m there…to prove to the client themselves that they CAN ACTUALLY do it.

I’m a 53 year-old guy who hasn’t worked out much throughout my life. I have had some injuries through the years I definitely need to be cognizant of when working out. My goal is to be healthy and strong enough to prevent future injuries. During my first session with James, I was impressed with how well he assessed my past injuries and alleviated my concerns in beginning general strength training with him. He clearly gets it from a knowledge and experience perspective. James has been training me for about 2 years and I haven’t had any past injuries aggravated. In fact, I feel less symptoms from them now that I am noticeably stronger. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results regarding my strength, and also people notice!
