Hi!
My name is Jennifer Koch and I am one of the trainers at Clients First Fitness! My passion for health, fitness, and education has led me to an amazing career helping countless types of clients achieve various fitness and health goals. With over 5 years of training experience as an Elite Trainer for 24 Hour Fitness, I hold over 6 health and fitness certifications, including yoga, weight loss, and competition training. Along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, I use my education, passion, and creativity to design highly effective training programs.

I always sit down and get to know the potential client. I want to know what they are looking for and dig into why they are here. I always give a history of my education, so they know what my background of certifications are in. I highly value education in my profession. I will always take measurements so we know where we are starting at, and start with a basic plan according to what the client’s goals are.

I started training with Jennifer in March of 2014 and continue to see her to this day. I weighed 185 lbs, was unhappy with myself, insecure, and sad. With her help I went down to 145 lbs, lost body fat, gained muscle and confidence, went down several pant sizes, and gained my life back. Not only did I see her up to 3 times a week, but she gave me extra homework to do on my own and shared health and food tips during our sessions. She has helped me get into the best shape of my life. She always demonstrates thoroughly before I attempt any exercise, and explains exactly what she’d like me to do. Not only does she make me sweat, but she keeps me accountable when I walk out that gym door. She truly cares about my health and happiness. She has tough love for me, puts up with no excuses and is prepared with different routines almost every session. Jennifer has made me laugh, cry (in a good way), sweat, crawl, lift, and helped me push me to my limits “all for me. We take monthly measurements to see my progress. She also takes training courses to learn new exercises and keeps up with today’s health and fitness information. Her knowledge of health and fitness is truly inspiring and her drive is motiving. She is in great shape herself, strives for her own goals and leads by example. I have been extremely happy with Jennifer and give her my highest ratings as a personal trainer.
