Client success story

One of my clients I’ve had for about a year now is an army vet in his 60s who eventually needed both of his hips replaced. Between the time he was having discomfort in his hips and the time spent recovering from surgery his health began to diminish. He gained weight, used a wheelchair and couldn’t walk where he wanted and play with his grandkids on the floor when he wanted. Since he has come to me at University of Houston-Clear Lake and started working on improving his health and overall well-being by changing his diet, his activity level and rehabilitating his hips, no matter the pain or inconvenience, he has lost 72 pounds even after gaining more muscle mass and can now dance with his wife and play with his grand babies on the floor with no assistance for the first time in about a decade.

Hobbies
Basketball, bodybuilding, singing.
