I trained a client at Club Corp Houston City club who was 62 years old at the time we met. He was weighing 262lbs. In his mind he thought that he can not loose weight because of his age. After training with me for 2 years he lost 60lbs through exercise and proper nutrition, not only that he lost weight but he was taken off high blood pressure and high cholesterol medicine by his doctor.
Another Client training with me at Studio Fitness Heights now, came to me three years ago she was 58 years old as of then, when we met she just want some one to show her how to use the recumbent bike in the gym and she thought that is all she can be able to do in the gym to improve her bone density to avoid osteoporosis which she was at stage one level then. Training with me for 3 years now she went from riding only bike to using most of the equipment in the gym her bone density have increased, her cardiovascular endurance and strength level have increased to the extent that she can now push the sled with 45lbs plate up to 40 yards without been out of breath.
