I have been personal training since 2012. My experience training clients ranges including: training for specific events such as Spartan races and powerlifting meets, prep for a strong recovery from surgery, training collegiate athletes, to training just for everyday life outside of the gym and to stay fit and healthy. I specialize in kettlebell training and female health and performance. I use my extensive knowledge of the menstrual cycle to help clients work with their body, instead of fighting against it. Our hormones fluctuate throughout our cycle and there are optimal times for pushing harder. I believe strength training can help us to grow confidence, in and out of the gym. I do not believe we need to “work off” our food or that exercise should ever be a punishment. Strength training has changed my life, and I hope it can help change yours too!
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
Our training sessions will include a warm-up, full-body strength training and a cool-down. The focus will also be on proper form. The specifics of the training session will depend on your goals and your abilities.
