My name is Garrison Gerard Hearst and I have been training for athletics since I was a child. My who family is athletic my father played in the NFL, I played college football and ran college track, my brother plays football and runs track in college as well. Exercise and fitness is everything to me and I love to help people reach their goals and be the best they can be and I want to help them succeed in their fitness goals. Fitness and health is supposed to be enjoyable as well as tough. It’s going to hurt but that doesn’t mean we can’t have fun while going through this together. I have 6+ years of experience in training people and in my mind everyone is different and excels at different exercises and people respond to different methods of training and I want to find out what you excel at.
Hourly rate: $40

First session is FREE
A 10-15 minute warm up, afterwards a cardio session for around 20-30 minutes consisting of jogging, short sprints, walking, swimming or aerobic exercises. Afterwards a 20-30 minute weights session consisting of body weight or DB or BB movements. Afterwards a cool down stretch. However all of this depends on the clients goals. I will rearrange, Add, or drop exercises and parts of the session if they don’t align with the clients goals.
My first client is from Alpharetta GA and she wanted to gain leg mass and glute mass go from 135 pounds to 155 pounds. We set up a plan for her that consisted of weight training 5 times a week along with 2-3 days of cardio mostly consisting of stadium steps. Her nutrition was high in protein, and fiber with monitored carb intake and low in saturated fats however we had an emphasis on natural good fats that come from fruits. We started may 2023 and by around November 2023 she was 155 pounds. In around 5 months she reached her goal.
