Hi! My name is Sophie, and I am extremely passionate about helping clients achieve their personal wellness goals, no matter what that might look like. I have a background in competitive sports, that translated into weight lifting, pilates, hiit training and more. From there, I became a certified personal trainer, certified stretch therapist, certified nutrition coach and a certified wellness coach! With these certifications, and experience using them all, I am able to guide clients through their journeys from all aspects regarding wellness-including personal training plans, meal plans, assisted stretching, goal setting, and much more, personalized to vour specific needs. Hourly rate: $90

Clients can expect me to show up 100% for them, as they will for me. Each clients’ training sessions will be unique for them and curated to their goals. Each session will start with mobility exercises for a warmup, and end with a stretch session for a cool down-this can either be led for them and they perform the stretches themselves, or practitioner assisted stretching, where I stretch them. During a training session, we will work with weights for strength training, incorporating dynamic movements and hiit style workouts to get the heart rate up. Each training session will be written to achieve my client’s specific goals, whether that is losing weight, toning muscle, building muscle. endurance training, or simply maintaining progress.
One of my favorite clients success stories is one of a client that I still work with. She is 86 years old now, I have been training her since she was 84 years old. When I first started working with her, she was confined to using a wheelchair or a walker all of the time. We started her program out with bodyweight exercises, and we focused a lot on mobility training through assisted stretching. She went from using the wheelchair or walker to strictly only using a cane when she came in to see me. This allowed us to start incorporating strength training exercises, with a focus on leg strength, and back and core stability. She was able to get the chairlift removed from her home because she can now safely climb stairs, and walk without the help from a walker or cane. I still see her anywhere from 2 to 3 times a week where we work on assisted stretching and strength training. This is one of my favorite client success stories because it really shows that working with the right person can fully change your life!
