As a former Division 1 athlete, working out and staying fit was always a huge part of my life, until it wasn’t. Once I finished playing sports, my health and fitness routine went right out the window with it. After a couple years of not feeling very good about myself, I finally took action and got myself going to the gym again. Fast forward 6 years later and I’ve helped hundreds of folks reach their fitness goals and have loved every second of it. Will you be next?

A warm up that focuses on mobility and any specific nagging injuries or issues that individual might have. Following the warm up we go directly into our full body resistance training focusing on moving with perfect form. After that we will finish with core work or cardio!
I had a client who just couldn’t seem to get the belly fat to go away even though he was working out consistently.
