I am training clients to help dismantle toxic gym culture. I want clients to enjoy working out and feel comfortable doing it anywhere. I want to help clients build a healthy relationship with fitness in a term that is most fitting for them. I got certified through ISSA January 2023 and have began training clients. My motivation for becoming a trainer came through my ambition after losing 70 lbs myself!
