Train out of your home – The trainer comes to you.
I am a dedicated meditation teacher and mindfulness practitioner with years of personal experience in mindfulness and contemplative practices. My journey into meditation began as a way to navigate stress, anxiety, and personal challenges, ultimately transforming my life. I am currently pursuing a master’s degree in mindfulness at Lesley University, deepening my knowledge of evidence-based meditation techniques, neuroscience, and contemplative pedagogy.
I am passionate about making mindfulness accessible. I specialize in guiding individuals through meditation practices that promote focus, emotional resilience, and inner peace. My approach is rooted in both traditional wisdom and modern science. I blend techniques such as focused attention, open monitoring, and loving-kindness meditation to support students in their personal growth.
I have experience leading group and one-on-one meditation sessions, crafting customized practices tailored to various needs, and integrating mindfulness into daily life. As the founder of Mindful Buddy, a mindfulness-based AI companion app, I am committed to leveraging technology to help individuals cultivate meaningful meditation habits. Whether working with beginners or seasoned practitioners, my goal is to create a welcoming and transformative space for mindfulness.

What Clients Can Expect from a Typical Meditation Training Session
Each meditation session is designed to be a supportive and enriching experience, tailored to meet the needs and goals of the individual or group. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced practitioner, my sessions provide a structured yet flexible approach to mindfulness that encourages self-exploration, relaxation, and personal growth.
1. Setting the Intention
We begin each session by setting an intention or focus for the practice. This could be cultivating presence, reducing stress, enhancing focus, or simply deepening awareness. I encourage clients to reflect on how they’re feeling that day and what they hope to gain from the session.
2. Centering & Breath Awareness
To transition into meditation, I guide clients through gentle breath awareness or a short grounding exercise. This helps settle the nervous system and prepares the mind for deeper focus.
3. Guided Meditation Practice
Depending on the session’s focus, I lead a meditation practice using techniques such as:
• Focused Attention Meditation (FA) – Anchoring attention on the breath, sound, or a chosen point of focus to enhance concentration.
• Open Monitoring Meditation (OM) – Cultivating non-judgmental awareness of thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations.
• Loving-Kindness Meditation (LKM) – Developing compassion and self-kindness through positive affirmations and visualizations.
• Mindful Movement or Walking Meditation – Integrating mindfulness into movement for those who find it difficult to sit still.
4. Reflection & Integration
After the practice, I encourage clients to reflect on their experience. We discuss any challenges, insights, or shifts they noticed during meditation. This is also a time to address questions and explore ways to integrate mindfulness into daily life.
5. Personalized Recommendations & Next Steps
I provide practical takeaways, such as short mindfulness exercises for daily life, journaling prompts, or suggestions for continuing practice at home. Sessions may also include mindfulness strategies for stress management, focus improvement, or emotional regulation.
Each session is crafted to be a safe, welcoming space where clients can explore mindfulness at their own pace. The goal is not to ‘perfect’ meditation but to develop a sustainable, meaningful practice that fosters inner balance and well-being.
