I grew up the fat kid. My fitness journey started in high school in an effort to lose fat and get better at sports. That competitive drive didn’t leave me after school which led me to explore the world of powerlifting. Over the years I have had reconstructive surgery on my left hip, both knees and my left foot twice. All told, I am very confident in all aspects of body decomposition, strength training and healthy movement.

I’m general, prep work specific to your needs to get ready for the primary strength movement of the day. The remainder of the workout can vary wildly depending upon your needs, goals and abilities.
