Certified Personal Trainer with 14+ years of experience in designing and implementing customized fitness programs for diverse clients including military personnel, high school athletes and various adults. • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and schedules effectively.

• Competed in multiple athletic competitions including Powerlifting, CrossFit, multiple marathons and 2017 Daytona 100 miler Ultramarathon.
Hourly rate: $90
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
