After a successful 34 year career as a Chartered Financial Consultant and former college Hall of Fame basketball player , I found myself 85 pounds overweight with hypertension and dreadfully high cholesterol. My doctor suggested that I change my life substantially or I would soon be the richest guy in the cemetery! On March 14, 2014, I embarked on a change of lifestyle. My motto: Simply, MAKE A BEGINNING. I proceeded to hire a personal trainer and a nutritionist and followed the program exactly. Over the next six years, I lost an average of 2 pounds per week for a total of 85 pounds and I’ve successfully maintained this healthy new weight and lifestyle. While it was frustrating only losing a little bit per week, I believe this is the right way to lose weight and be healthy. I cannot believe at 57 how healthy I feel and how optimistic I am that I can help others achieve the same successes I’ve had.
Hourly rate: $75

A typical training session will be guided by a very detailed custom workout plan focusing on mobility, stability, endurance, and strength. As clients gain mobility and stability of the major joints, resistance training and load training will be added to continue to progress towards the client’s specific goals.
