Wellness had been a passion of mine for years. Fitness training had always been a hobby until I recently decided to make a career change and finally do the work I love. I combine mindset work with the physical training. My background is in holistic health coaching, personal training and fitness instructor, energy work, functional nutrition with labwork to test for any underlying causes contributing to inability to lose weight or gain energy such as hormones and food sensitivities.
Hourly rate: $60
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
My first goal is to see where you feel mentally and emotionally. I want to know your struggles and successes for the week. I prefer you to not only track your meals, but also your mood and activities throughout the day. This gives us a picture of hidden stressors that may be holding you back. We discuss for at most 10 minutes and can always follow up in between sessions. Then, a session generally will consist of a 10 minute warm up and 35 minutes of workout with a 5 minute cool down and stretch. I prefer to send a few weekly workouts so you can continue your progress even when we are not together.
Kathy had come to me after feeling exhausted all the time, feeling anxious and not happy with her body physically. She hadn’t worked out in years, but was fed up of being tired and feeling heaviness in her body. Just a few weeks in I received a message from her saying how she was seeing and feeling muscles in her legs that she didn’t even know she had! She was feeling more motivated to get out and live her life, and wanted to start showing her daughter how to live a more healthy lifestyle as well. We always ended our sessions with some energy healing, such as Reiki (ask me about this amazing experience if you want it added), which helped her to feel more calm and relaxed and helped get rid of her stress and anxiety.
