I’m Coach Mandy, and I help people break free from the yo-yo diet rollercoaster and lose weight for good without restrictive diets or endless cardio. I’ve been there myself – for years I would lose and regain the same 15-30lbs, each time it felt harder to lose, and faster to come back on. Until I finally discovered a heart centered, whole person approach to health and fitness that allowed me to lose the weight and keep it off for good. Through that process I fell in love with the world of nutrition, fitness, strength training, and running. It is my passion and calling to help others find their path to lasting health and fitness.
