Hi! My name is Vicente. Thank you for taking the time to get to know me. My passion for fitness and helping others developed over 10 years ago when I was still in the military. Ever since, it only kept growing . Continually, I have been practicing the principles and techniques on myself and others. I find great pleasure in helping people set goals and feeling great about achieving them. I always take the time to get to know you first, especially on a deeper level. (So please, don’t hesitate to talk and share, I love to listen) This allows me to get to know you better and design a safe and effective training program that you will enjoy and commit long-term; after all, fitness is a lifestyle and not a one-time thing. I prioritize proper form and technique first above anything else. This ensures that you are doing it safely and allows better progression. I truly enjoy what I do and the lifestyle it allows me to live. I find pleasure through the journey of meeting and helping people.

Expect me to listen fully and get to know you first and your desires. It allows for a deeper understanding and more effective exercise prescription that is enjoyable and appropriate and just as unique as you.
Don’t expect me to take it too easy on you. But be rest assured that I wouldn’t push you too hard either. Through your input and my observations, we will establish a blueprint for your success.
I had a client I trained with. Her husband was in the military. When he came back from deployment, he told us to slow down. Her husband was shocked at how fast her physique was developing. For instance, her arms were insanely defined (more than his), yet we did nothing special. We just followed a training and nutrition program we set in a disciplined and consistent manner. Carmen was just one example of the fun people I meet in this journey. There were many more interesting individuals that I met and I loved and enjoyed the time I spent with each one of them.
