My favorite quote is “If you take care of the little things, the big things will take care of themselves.” This is how I approach the personal training for each of my clients. It’s not about huge, sweeping changes. It’s about making small changes that add up to big results.
Hourly rate: $75
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required

I straighten the body before I strengthen the body. We start with an assessment to fully understand your personal needs and limitations. These assessments determine the intensity of your workouts, the corrective exercises necessary to improve your posture, and the stretches/strengthening you need to prevent injury. I keep the client fully engaged so they understand the ‘why’ behind everything and can take ownership of their process.
I worked with a client who was training for a half marathon, and has having some knee pain. I created a personalized strength and stretching routine for her leading up to the race. Not only was she no longer in pain, she dropped 11 minutes in her half-marathon time!
