He has coached dozens of people in their homes, Online, fitness centers, corporate offices, boot camps, nutritional guidance seminars, HIIT circuits, Power Training, and in-home Personal Chef Demonstrations into successfully leading others into a healthier lifestyle.
Furthermore, Terrance has lead in- services, consultations and diabetic classes to local hospitals, Corporate Wellness programs around the Atlanta area on exercise fundamentals and proper nutrition for a healthier lifestyle makeover.
He is an active advocate for promoting disease prevention, promoting proper nutrition, purposeful physical exercising, and corporate wellness strategies in the work place.
He is always continuing his education and putting into practice the newest leading edge techniques to ensure true results! Clients can expect great quality sessions with me because I pay attention to the client’s needs and goals. I love to customize plans to tailer fit the client for faster results. Its not a one-size fits all training. Getting clients to increase their quality of life and activities of daily living is important to everyday survival whether they are a pro-athlete, non-athlete, disabled or handicapped, recovering from surgery and more. I am going to serve with quality.
One of my favorite story is that I had a recent female client who was 5’2 , 298 lbs., 52 years of age with bone -on-bone pain in her right knee, needed a hip replacement surgery, but her doctor told her that she needed to lose at least 50-75 lbs. to have the sugary . Her family said that they were not going to push her fat A** around in a wheelchair for the rest of her life. Real brutal words that forced her to create a lifestyle makeover. I was able to get her down 80 lbs. through proper nutrition, exercise, stress management, emotional disconnection, visualization ,and other strategies. It was hard ,but she was able to get both hip and knee replacements done right before COVID-19. Amazing commitment and determination!
