I began my fitness journey over 25 years ago teaching dance classes to all ages . My love for fitness grew and I began personal training in small groups and one on one . I have over 15 years experience with various ages and abilities , with a focus and passion for the client who is looking to accommodate an injury,
gain confidence after a physical setback , and looking to stay healthy and maintain wellness as aging occurs . I focus my trainings on balance , strength and agility, for most clients . I have a passion for nutrition and wellness for the whole body both physically and mentally . I aspire to continue to help as many clients as I can, to grow to become agile , mobile , and stay as healthy as possible through proper movement, nutrition and mind body connections
Hourly rate: $100
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
In training sessions with me you can expect a caring coach who can lead you through a full body workout , focusing on your strengths, needs and goals . I listen to feedback and our sessions are a cooperative effort, where I will try to bring you closer to success after each session . My goal as a trainer is to make you feel better leaving then when we began . Small steps make a huge difference
