About Ashley Hromyak


I have been a trainer since 2007. I spent 9 years active Duty Army Airborne and a Physical Fitness trainer in the Army. I obtained my first certification in 2007 and then my CrossFit lvl 1 in 2011. Since then I have been operating and owning my own Business, Go to Grow Fitness LLC. I am an IFBB Pro Athlete with pro experience competing in Bodybuilding, Physique and figure. I have my BS in Kinesiology and minor in coaching through George Mason University. I also have my Certified Strength and Conditioning Certification (CSCS) and my Registered Yoga Certification 200 hour. I have been a running coach and have competed and placed in countless races from 5 k to full marathons. I competed in 2019 and 2020 CrossFit Open placing top 10% in my age group in the world. With years of success and experience, I am capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals. I am educated and experienced in all things fitness.

There are 3 parts to a training session – the warm-up, the main activity and then after, the cool down. Warming up and cooling down are the one of the most important aspects of performing to your bodies maximum potential. The main activity is you and I working on your goal.
