A personal trainer that believes that hard work and dedication will get you the results you want. My main focus has been strength, conditioning, endurance, and full body. My aspirations are to help clients reach their strength and/or conditioning goals by a variety of fitness regiments
Hourly rate:
Session cancellation: 24 hours notice required
First session is FREE
1. A variety of fitness programs that will address the clients unique goals and experience levels
2. Encouragement and due diligence every step of the way, making sure clients are well taken care of
A young man approached me about getting into physical shape for the military. We set a program up as to what we would be working on, with the days that he was available to work with. Came up with a variety of regiments for him that suited his comfort levels and capabilities. Within 2 months, he crushed every goal that he set out for himself by hard work and staying consistent with what we set out together
