I’m a mind body spirit fitness expert, specializing in Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Reiki and Mindfulness exercises to help you strengthen and feel more at peace in mind body and spirit.
My current offering is a daily LIVE virtual group energy wellness and mind body spirit strengthening class through my private coaching group, Reiki with Liz, which you can join from the comfort of your home or workplace.
Included in a 1 month package is 20 sessions with me, held Monday – Friday for 4 weeks.
The fee is $111 per month and you can renew month to month for as long as you’d like to continue coaching with me.
During our weekday sessions together you will learn meditative self-healing and mind body strengthening techniques including

About me:
I’ve been devoted to the personal development and wellness field for more than 2 decades across multiple niches from corporate to academia to community-level.
I lived and worked in the UK, Europe, and China for more than 15 years leading personal development and endurance sports programs for Disney and the International Olympic Committee as well as several non-profits, schools and start-ups before dedicating myself full-time to my core professional and personal passion
TCMBE (Traditional Chinese Mind Body Exercise) and holistic mind body spirit fitness.
I had the unique experience to reside in China for 10 years, giving me first hand experience and total immersion into Chinese wellness culture and TCMBE. I spent hours each week while residing in Beijing, Shanghai and Changsha watching Chinese communities practice the beautiful and holistic exercise art of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. My observations served as great inspiration and education for my current classes.
Combining my knowledge and experiences in multiple somatic therapeutic exercise disciplines including MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy), Meditation, Reiki, Traditional Chinese Mind Body Exercise (Tai Chi/Qi Gong), Ecotherapy and other energy healing modalities, I now offer customized self-care mind body spirit fitness coaching VIRTUALLY and IN-PERSON through my independent practice, Reiki with Liz.
I offer women and men of all ages guided instruction in the multiple wellness and mind-body strengthening benefits of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation, Mindfulness and Reiki. My ultimate goal is to empower and equip clients with wellness tools they can instantly integrate into their daily wellness routine for improved mental peace, emotional well-being and physical strength.
I carefully tailor each session to the requests and goals of the group and classes can include Reiki, Meditation, Tai Chi and other wellness modalities including mindfulness walks, breath work sessions and more.

First session is FREE
During a typical client session I begin with a deep-dive discussion into the client’s wellness goals and what they want to get out of their personal wellness routine and lifestyle. I then talk with them about the basic principles of meditative and mindfulness exercises including Qi Gong, Tai Chi and Reiki and how clients can benefit from integrating these daily ‘meditation in motion’ practices into their daily routine. I then guide the client through the Yang Style of Tai Chi – short form – which takes the client through 24 steps with just 1-2 steps being introduced per session (or more, depending on our time together and client’s preferred pace). I also incorporate Qi Gong stretch movements and breath work into each session and can include other modalities as well. Each session is designed to help the client reduce stress, strengthen in mind and body and improve balance, mentally, physically and emotionally.
Every client I work with reports feeling a significant reduction in stress, increase in confidence and inner peace and greater mobility and flow of mind and body. My clients also report less muscle tension and a greater sense of well-being following their sessions with me. Other benefits clients have received include better sleep quality, improved relationships and being able to maintain focus on their goals through gaining a greater level of day to day self-awareness and mindfulness.
