Lawrence is a USATF certified coach and just recently coached at the 2016 Olympic Trials. Lawrence has coached at every level of sport from the high school(St. Paul, Redondo, and West Torrance), junior college (Pasadena City College), college(DI level at Arizona State University), and professional(NFL, bobsled, and track). He loves training people regardless of their starting point.
He loves training the world-class athletes on a hot 110-degree afternoon, to a mother aspiring to get fit on a 76-degree afternoon; Lawrence does it all. The only requirement for training is to come with an open mind, and to come ready to work hard to reach your goals. You can count on him bringing an open mindset and much more with no questions asked.
I played high school basketball with Russell Westbrook. These are Just Some of Lawrence’s Accomplishments both athletically and academically that sets him apart from the Average Person. First, warm up with dynamic stretching and jogging
Then, talk about past week’s workouts/goals/progressions.

Whether you’d prefer to workout in home or at my facilities, either 1 to1 or with a buddy, private personal training gives you all the privacy and attention you need and desire from your workouts.
First I’ll do a thorough consultation with you to determine the fitness goals you want and have always wanted to achieve. Then I’ll assess your current physical state and determine what has been blocking your progress so far.
